I was looking for an Italian song from the 30's and I found your wonderful site!
Even though my family is Italian, I was born in Brazil and I do not speak Italian. I apologize for that.
When my grandfather and my grandmother got married in 1937, their "Wedding Song" was an Italian song.
My grandmother passed away a few days ago and I am putting together a collection of images from her lifetime to share with my family and I would love to have her wedding song as a soundtrack. The problem is that my mother, who obviously was not present at the wedding, only remembers my grandmother singing that song around the house, but does not know the name of the singer or the title of the song. She only knows that they were married in 1937 so the song is probably from the early 30's but no later than 1937, and that the words contained the words "bionda" or "biondina" and maybe "italiana".
I know it might be almost impossible to find the song with only those clues, since they are very common, but after spending the last few days looking for it, I decided to ask you, in case you might have any suggestions. My mom also told me that it was sung by a man.
